Novaire Executive respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose information when you request or receive our private chauffeur services.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, pickup and drop-off locations, trip date and time, passenger information, service preferences, communications, and transaction details. Payments are processed securely by Square; Novaire Executive does not store full payment-card information.

How we use information

We use information to provide quotes, create and manage reservations, assign chauffeurs, communicate trip updates, provide customer support, process payments and refunds, maintain safety and service quality, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Text messaging and consent

Text-message enrollment is optional. When you affirmatively select the text-message consent box, Novaire Executive may send transactional reservation messages such as booking confirmation, chauffeur assignment, on-the-way, arrival, trip changes, and completion updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of booking.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Sharing and service providers

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with chauffeurs, dispatch personnel, payment processors, communications providers, mapping providers, hosting providers, professional advisers, and authorities when required by law. These providers may use information only to perform services for Novaire Executive or as legally required. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for service, accounting, dispute resolution, safety, and legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may decline text messaging and still complete a booking. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. To request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information, contact us using the information below.
